Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Amanda Smith Nutrition, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules may need to shift. To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: ⏰ Notice Period We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting. 💳 Late Cancellations Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged the full session fee.
